Enjoy one on one time with your busy little one in an instructor led, basic gymnastics class designed to promote fine and gross motor development through the use of a variety of obstacle courses and activities with music.

​Preschool (45 minutes)

Weekdays 3:30

Saturdays 9:30am and 10:30am

Ages: 3-4 years

This program provides an introduction to basic gymnastics skills. It’s an opportunity for each child to develop at his or her own pace while  enjoying the benefits of group participation independently.  Emphasis is on body awareness,  practicing correct basic positions and social skills such as listening to an instructor, and basic turn-taking. Watch your child’s self confidence take off as new skills are mastered!

Advanced Kindergym* (55 minutes)

Ages: 4-5 years

Children with exceptional body awareness, listening skills and natural gymnastics ability need a little extra challenge and will develop skills at a faster pace through this program.

Beginners  (55 minutes)

Weekdays at 3:30pm

Saturdays at  9:30 am and  10:30am

Ages: 5-7 years, 8-10 years

A structured, skill based class, focusing on women’s Olympic gymnastics apparatus as well as specific instruction on trampoline. Participants will develop an improved sense of balance, strength, flexibility and physical coordination, enhancing performance in all other sports too.

Intermediate/Advanced (2 hours)*

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday   3:30-5:30, 5:30-7:30

Ages: 5-7 years, 8-10 years, 10-12 years

These accelerated gymnastics classes are for girls with basic required skills,  ready for a bigger challenge.  Participants will develop skills at a faster pace according to individual ability, and will be prepared for involvement at a competitive level in the Junior Olympic Program.

Tweens & Teens (2 hrs)

Ages: 12-14

This program provides an opportunity to increase physical fitness through gymnastics in a fun and social, yet challenging environment.  Goal setting is encouraged as these participants work together in a group but at their own pace.
