RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS CAMP: AGES 5 to 11yrs

Sample Recreational Camp Day Schedule:
8:30-9am: Activity
9-10am: Warm-up / Stretching / Gymnastics Instruction
10-11am: Snack time / Arts and Crafts
11am- noon: Supervised Open Gym
noon- 12: 30pm: Lunch
12:30-1:45 pm: Organized Fitness Games and Activities
1:45-2:45pm: Gymnastics Instruction / Basic Conditioning Activities
2:45-3:00pm: Pick up time
ADVANCED SKILLS CAMP 2022: AGES 6-12yrs
*Special testing required
*FOCUSING ON ADVANCED FLOOR TUMBLING, GYMNASTICS RELATED DANCE SKILLS, AND OTHER ADVANCED SKILLS ON ALL GYMNASTICS APPARATUS’
WEEKLY FEE: $525

9-11:00am: Warm-up / Stretching Advanced Gymnastics Instruction on 2 apparatus’ (varies by day)
11-11:15am Snack
11:15am-12:30 Advanced Gymnastics Instruction on 1 apparatus (varies by day)
12:30-1pm: Lunch
1pm- 1:30pm: Organized Fitness Games and Conditioning Activities
1:30- 2:45pm Advanced Gymnastics Instruction on 1 apparatus (varies by day)
2:45-3:00pm Clean up / get ready for home time
BEFORE CARE (8am drop off) or AFTER CARE (3:30pm pick up) AVAILABLE FOR ALL CAMP PROGRAMS:
*must be booked in advance: $20 1st child, $10 each sibling
*10% sibling discount for weekly registration fee only, does not apply to already discounted monthly fee.
NO DROP-INS: All registration must be booked in advance, a $30 fee will added to registration if booked within 24hrs or less of camp start date
ALL CAMP FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER DATES
Private Lessons and Acro Clinics
Private lessons are available throughout the week and on weekends where space permits, for 1- hour sessions. This one on one attention allows for accelerated development of specific gymnastics / acrobatic skills on any apparatus you like! We also specialize in teaching aerial skills for dancers, as well as to extra training for TOPS testing, and much more!
